A number of the CNA's were rude to me on a number of occasions and purposefully delayed the medication request for an inhaler for over 12 hours - as an asthmatic who had covid during my visit, this was especially distressing. While I was there, the physician called me a liar and told me I wasn't employed where I was employed at and refused to honor my belief system in regards to the medications I felt comfortable to take and told me that if I didn't comply with the medicine they insisted on my taking, that they would take me to court and potentially hold me at the hospital for an additional 90days, trying a variety of other medications out on me. In addition to this I was denied access on day one to the patient advocacy care line and was told that the information was inaccessible, even though it was posted at the nurse's station. Once the five days had been completed, they told me that even though I was compliant with all of their requests, that I would need to sign an additional five day release form and that I would need to stay additional days, even though I was compliant with care. While I was there, my patient and human rights were violated, when I was denied a five day release form from five medical center employees and wasn't given access to said form until 24 hours later.
